information header box in view shows Trans string, no icon and vertical divider bar

Please see the attached screen shot.

In IE7, I did the following:

1) From home page, when not logged in as a member, I entered a search string and got search results.
2) I clicked a search result and brought up the resource in view:

In the information header box for this resource, it shows:

• an empty image
• a translation string "curriki.crs.ratingfinal"
• the vertical line divider that appears between the Nominate and Review links when this is seen by a reviewer/admin

If this is a Not Rated / Not Rateable resource, it should not show an empty image where the icon should go.

I am also seeing these issues as a logged-in member.
