in the reviewer follow-up after submitting a review, there are some text/layout issues

In the form as per the attached screen shot, there are several issues that need to be addressed.

1) In the blue header bar, it should show a colon+space after the word review and before the title of the reviewed resource, as in:

REVIEW: FIBONACCI BLOCKS

2) Below that, there is an extra period+space in the text line: "Your review has been posted. . Return to the the reviewed resource or the review queue."

This should read instead: "Your review has been posted. Return to the the reviewed resource or the review queue."

3) The information about the email posted needs to show with paragraph breaks instead of running in a single line AND the subject line should be updated. Currently it appears as:

From: webmaster@curriki.org To: jmarks@gelc.org Subject: Your asset has been reviewed

Greetings from the Curriki Review team...etc.

It should show instead:

From: webmaster@curriki.org
To: jmarks@gelc.org
Subject: Your Curriki resource has been reviewed

Greetings from the Curriki Review team...etc.
