Allow to provide a redirection on technical discussion pages

    Description

      There's currently no sheet to display the content of the discussion pages, and even if there was in some cases we don't necessarily want to use the default sheet, as the purpose of discussion would be to be integrated in extension.
      So it would be useful that the extension could declare a redirection page where the user should be redirected when accessing a technical discussion page.
      This could be part of the context information when creating a message for example.
