Creator is imported as display name, not user name

The creator of a document is imported as real/display name, not as user name, so, e.g., instead of "jdoe", "John Doe" will be in the import. In old versions of DokuWiki, it used to only store the display name but since 2011, the user name is available: https://bugs.dokuwiki.org/1397.html
