Add all macros from the confluence scroll exporter to the shallow / bridges

This extension is providing a set of macros to be used on new XWiki content, but also a couple of bridges macros that allow content migrated from Confluence to not display an error and not hide content (if they have any content), what we call a "shallow" macro.

However, it does not contain confluence bridges / shallows for all macros that CONFLUENCE-402 is converting to. I don't see any reason why some macros would have shallow versions and some would display errors.

I think we need to provide some sort of shallow implementation for all the macros from the implementation for CONFLUENCE-402 .
