Don't add a question mark in the title if the document's title already ends with a question mark

    Description

      Hello,
      Create a new FAQ is displaying a ? character at the FAQ title (and remove ? if the user is typing one).
      But if I rename a document/Page and am adding "?" at the end of the textbox, the FAQ title is displaying double ??

      An Idea where to modify code?
