Missing validation when adding a new question

1. Install FAQ.
2. With a simple user , open http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/FAQ/
3. Without inserting anything in "Contribute FAQ.." textbox, click on the green Add button.
4. Add some content and save the page without any changes.

Actual result:

• After you click the green Add button, the main page i opened in edit mode like any other question.
• After you add some content and save it, the live-table will not be displayed anymore. Instead, the new content recently added will be displayed in the FAQ main page.
