Description
The functional defect of this is the fact that the panel added by FILEMAN-117 will not actually be setup on the FileManager space when installing File Manager 2.0.7 on 6.4.8 (and other versions potentially as well).
This issue is caused by XWIKI-13038 being open on 6.4.8 combined with the fact that the WebPreferences page committed with the panel settings for FILEMAN-117 seems to be from a too new version of XWiki, containing a property of type com.xpn.xwiki.objects.classes.TimezoneClass , type which doesn't exist on 6.4.8 .
