Filemanager extension some times cannot show disk tree due to cache settings

i removed my plugin based on jquery 3.3.1. the problem is still there
but if i refresh the page with ctrl+shift+R on chrome ,which means reoad all,it is 90%ok. if i open the webdev tools and check the “disable cache”,it is 50%ok.
so i guess it should be related to some cache settings?

I test FileManager Pro version on a clean xwiki 11.6.1，it is ok
but FileManger 2.0.8 is not ok on a clean xwiki 11.6.1。
so what can i do?
