Unexpected results when uploading a folder that contains multiple files or folders with the same name

I have this folder structure:

• one
  • two
    • abc
  • three
    • abc

As you can see there are two folders with the same name, 'abc'. If I upload this folder structure I get only one 'abc' folder, under 'three'. It seems the second 'abc' overwrites the first.
