When uploading a file without extension, open it with the text editor

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Click on New file
      2. Upload a file without extension
      3. Try to open it from the livetable

      You will see an information message like the one from attachment. It would be nice to open it by default with a text editor.
