Integrate WikiFlavors functionality inside Administration and mark created pages as hidden

Currently you can access this application from the AppBar, but this is obviously an administrative functionality.

It should be: integrated in the Administration, make it available only for Administrators, and the WikiFlavors space and it's content should be marked as hidden.
