The Wiki Flavor Application does not record the installed flavor anymore

That could be a problem for upgrades.

I know, it was still possible to search for the installed flavor in the wiki (in the installed extension repository), but it breaks the way this application use to work.

So, for now, I prefer to restore the saving of the installed flavor (in WikiFlavorsCode/MainExtensionId).
