Only top level pages are imported

For ex try to import https://github.com/OpenTechSchool/www.opentechschool.org

You'll that only the top level ".md" pages are imported even though there are plenty of directories with other md files (for ex https://github.com/OpenTechSchool/www.opentechschool.org/tree/gh-pages/_cities).
