Implement guided tour landing page

Currently, the landing page for guiding tour is a livedata containing the existing tours. For this, we already have a Tours document where the tours are shown and where you can delete and select them. I suggest the landing page to be modified to contain documentation and hyperlinks to the useful pages (like tours page).
