Doubling back across a reflex step will then advance multiple steps when clicking

How to reproduce:

With a task like : step1 > step2 (reflex) > step3 > step4 > step5

navigate using arrow keys to step3, then to step1, then to step2. The reflex event listener will be bound twice, so when the step2 reflex element is clicked, 2 steps will be advanced (instead of only one).
