Use the default editor instead of a plain text area for the step content

The content property of XWiki.GuidedTour.StepClass uses the PureText editor, so tour authors edit the step content in a plain text area, without any formatting help.

The step content should be edited with the default editor of the wiki, like other rich content fields.

This is the same request as XWIKI-21643 on the Tour application.
