Better liveness to prevent invalid state after DB conection lost

There is a scenario where XWiki lost DB connection and don't recover by itself.

Today, liveness is setup to /rest that is not checking if there is connection with database.

Maybe the solution is to use /rest/wikis or /rest/wikis/xwiki/spaces, that in case of failure pod will be recreated.
