Use custom Host/Port on PostgreSQL image is not working

Provides way to setup custom Host+Port on official XWiki image.

Some initial alternatives:

• Request change on Official Docker image to remove fixed port.
• Change entrypoint to replace entire property line when port is already defined on image.
