Hide Help Center AWM apps from the AWM home page

Right now AWM shows 2 help applications. When using XWiki for production usage, an admin user will be tempted to remove these apps when he sees them in the AWM home page, only leaving his own apps there.

However if he removes the app then the next user who goes to the help center will find some broken links/features. When the user click on "Demo" it leads to a not found page.

Also note that there's no warning that the app belongs to an extension as we have normally (the Delete Application button is not having the check done in the delete UI).

Thus we need a solution and one option is to not show these apps in AWM. They can still be found from the Help Center. Sure the user will not see them when going to AWM but it seems a better compromise to me , rather than the user breaking the Help Center.
