The Holiday Request Application livetable isn't displayed correctly

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Install the Holiday Request Application
      2. Go to http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/HolidayRequest/WebHome
      3. Click on the "Make a New Holiday Request" button and fill in the required fields
      4. Save the page and go back to http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/HolidayRequest/WebHome

      You'll see translation keys for the livetable headers and HTML content inside the livetable. This bug is only reproduced on XWiki 5.1 and not on 4.5.4. I've attached 2 screenshots.
