Use livetable 'extraparams' option to add params to querystring

At this moment a sendRedirect() is executing for the first livetable loading to set some parameters in the querystring(e.g.:status=open).
Also some parameters used in sendRedirect() are used in livetable options: &p=1&l=15&s=status&d=asc
