Voting buttons are not updating in realtime

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Click on Ideas Application
2. Click 'Add new entry'
3. Fill an entry name
4. Fill the required fields
5. Click 'Save & View'
6. On the idea's page, click on voting buttons from 'Supporters'/'Opponents' fields

EXPECTED RESULTS

The number of votes on the buttons from 'Supporters'/'Opponents' fields are updated when clicked on them (corresponding to each vote/un-vote action).

ACTUAL RESULTS

The number displayed on the voting buttons from 'Supporters'/'Opponents' fields are not updating after each click, only the numbers from the smaller voting buttons (from 'VOTES' section, above) update. However, if the page is refreshed, the number on the buttons is displayed correctly.
