Ability to handle a path between points manually

This issue is about the ability to create a path that would link several points referenced in the map. This is different from a polyline generated via the shape editor, since a polyline can only be associated with a single content, not having each referenced point associated with some content. This is also different from the generated path feature which consists in calling an external service such as OSRM to generate a route between two points.
