Creation of the indoor layer only if there is indoor data

I may be wrong, but while browsing the MapSheet JavaScript extension code, I had the impression that a Leaflet indoor layer gets added to every map, even if there is no indoor data. If that's the case indeed, an improvement could consist in creating this layer only when required.
