Auto scroll job log entries as they show up (bottom anchor)

When displaying the job log, it would be worth having the log auto scroll, like what would happen in a UNIX terminal, so the user can follow the detailed progression.

the logs should not auto scroll if the user has scrolled to top, and should auto scroll again if the user scrolls back to bottom.
