Urlencoded characters on urls comments the end of the line

When an url contains urlencoded characters (i.e., with a %), the percent character is not escaped and is understood as a line comment by latex.

Consequently, the end of the line is not rendered in the produced documents (in addition to a possibly invalid syntax)
