Refactoring the template bindings so that they're all under the same namespace

So far we have put latex bindings in the ScriptContext a bit everywhere: "processor", "latex", "block", "blocks", etc.

The idea is to group them all under the"latex" binding. For example "latex.tool", "latex.processor", "latex.block", etc.
