Add content before 1st heading into a preface chapter when exporting as a book

      Description

      Since we don’t have any \chapter for the first section of a doc, there’s a small problem in that the content appears as belonging to the previous part. For example if we display list of tables, we get what’s attached.

      One idea is to make it a preface. Something like:

      \frontmatter
      
      \chapter{Preface}

      This allows to not have the preface be a numbered chapter. See attached PDF and screenshot for the TOC.
