Old user cleanup failes if document language is null

    Description

      This seems to happen with Oracle DB, where the empty string might be stored as NULL.

       Error message:

      2022-06-09 14:52:27,112 [DefaultQuartzScheduler_Worker-2] WARN  o.x.c.l.s.OldUserCleanup       - Exception while test deleting [XWiki.testuser_11]. 
groovy.lang.GroovyRuntimeException: Ambiguous method overloading for method com.xpn.xwiki.doc.XWikiDocument#getTranslatedDocument.
Cannot resolve which method to invoke for [null, class com.xpn.xwiki.XWikiContext] due to overlapping prototypes between:
	[class java.lang.String, class com.xpn.xwiki.XWikiContext]
	[class java.util.Locale, class com.xpn.xwiki.XWikiContext]
