Use ldap configuration providers if any are available

It would be nice for the user cleanup job to use other available ldap configurations if they exist. In case of Active Directory Application, a configuration provider is implemented and, since the cleanup job uses the standard configuration, the users need to configure ldap twice: in the WebPreferences and in the Active Directory Application admin section.
