Code of user cleanup does not get updated

The page Scheduler.LDAP.OldUserCleanupJob is packaged with type "configuration".

This is done to allow setting the scheduler execution times and also the ldap settings in that page.
However the page also contains the groovy code for the scheduler. This means any changes / updates to the scheduler code is not updated when upgrading to a new version.
