ldap app : default values

For some fields you could see a mention : "default is Yes".

However, as this message is purely static, I would suggest not to mention it and replace the '---' entry by "not set - fallback to xwiki.cfg settings" or something close.
You could also consider adding what is the current xwiki.cfg value dynamically, which would be rather crystal clear

Note : I'm running version 6.4.4, which is not listed under 'Affect Version/s'
