Can't configure LDAP in Chrome browser

When I configured LDAP with UI in Chrome, I would leave 'RESTRICT TO GROUP' to empty and press 'SAVE'. But after this page refreshed, I found the username I logined with was saved in 'RESTRICT TO GROUP' field.

If I logined with another username and did this again, the name would change to the newer one.

But if I do this configuration in Firefox , everything is good and nothing will be saved there.

So I wanna know is this a bug?
