Improve model group list to use all groups defined in the wiki

Current groups listed when editing models are the ones created with the administration UI and set in XWiki space. But a group can be created anywhere by adding an object of class XWiki.XWikiGroups and are expected to be selectable in model group form.

At model edition, the group list must include all groups created in the wiki.
