Prepare a collection of documents for benchmarking the LLMs

Prepare a collection of documents, most likely from xwiki.org, that can be used to answer XWiki technical support questions. The documents should ideally cover a wide range of different things and also some of them that might not be that relevant to see if the additional "noise" creates any problems.
