After installing, uninstalling or upgrading extensions, the model list is empty

After installing, upgrading or uninstalling an extension, the model list is always empty, breaking the extension. This is because of XWIKI-21887.

The LLM extension should implement a workaround to manually reload the wiki components when it detects that they are missing.
