Tables, definition lists and groups located in list items or definition descriptions are rendered incorrectly in CommonMark Markdown 1.2

When rendering to markdown/1.2:

• a table located in a list item is not indented, so it leaves the list item (and ends the list);
• a definition list located in a list item gets a wrong line prefix;
• a group located in a definition description (e.g. ; term / : desc(((...))) in xwiki/2.1) is printed at column 0 instead of being indented.

Expected

These blocks stay in their container when the Markdown is parsed back.
