Several definition descriptions for the same term located in a list item or quotation are not parsed correctly in CommonMark Markdown 1.2

When a definition list located in a list item or in a quotation has a term followed by several descriptions, only the first description is read as a description when parsing markdown/1.2. Definition lists at the top level are not affected.

Example:

* a

  t
  :   d1
  :   d2

Expected: a definition list with the term "t" and the two descriptions "d1" and "d2".
Actual: "d2" is not read as a second description.
