Macro with empty content is read back without content in CommonMark Markdown 1.2

When rendering the xwiki/2.1 content

{{foo}}{{/foo}}

to markdown/1.2 and parsing it back, the macro has no content anymore (it's read back as

{{foo/}}

). Some macros behave differently when they have empty content and when they have no content.
