Add a configuration for choosing hows to render links and images

The config option should allow to render using wiki links or standard MD syntax:

[[...]]

or

[label](reference)

Note that if there are spaces in the reference, we will need to generate a wikilink syntax since spaces are not supported in the MD syntax.
