Blocks inside lists aren't rendered correctly

I am using the Markdown module in a script to convert Markdown (from a Github Wiki) to XWiki syntax. Pages that contain lists with blocks inside a list item are not converted correctly.

E.e.

1. list item
2. list item
    ```
    code block inside list item 2
    ```
3. list item

will result in

1. list item
2. list item

code block inside list item 2

1. list item

Two errors here:

• code block is moved to the top level
• list counter is reset after the code block
