GitHub Flavored Markdown: syntax id wrong

    Description

      When selecting "GitHub Flavored Markdown 1.0" the page can not be rendered:

       

       

      Looks like the syntax id is still set to "markdown/1.0" and not "markdown+github/1.0". Markdown 1.0 is not installed on that xWiki. Markdown 1.2 is installed and works fine when selected as syntax. It even handles tables but loses the column alignment. So I'd really like to use GFM.
