Github-Flavored page syntax prevents editing custom macros directly in WYSIWYG

When the page is set to Syntax "markdown+github/1.0", the content body of macros cannnot be edited anymore in place in the CKEditor. On the other hand, it works when set to "xwiki/2.1" or to the other CommonMark extension.
