Mathjax macro content is not rendered after an inplace edition

Reproduction steps:

• Open an existing document
• Edit it place
• Insert a mathjax macro (for instance, https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/MathJaxMacro/#HUsage)
• Click save and view

Expected result:

• The mathjax macros are rendered

Actual result:

• The math macros are not rendered

Note: a soft refresh of the page allow for a correct display.

Note: an alternative scenario is to open a page, edit it in place, and save.
