Calendar in English locale uses am/pm time format, no matter what the wiki date format is

If a Calendar widget is displayed in the English locale, the times are always given in am/pm and not in the 24h clock, even is dates in the wiki are usually displayed that way (and the agenda view actually uses that format).

Somehow the hack to extract the time part of the date format did not made it to these settings of the calendar widget.
