One day added each time you drag and drop an All Day event to another date

Steps to reproduce:

1. In a calendar create a new event with All Day ticked e.g. Start Date 05.03.2017 00:00
2. Click Save
3. Drag and drop the event from the calendar to another day e.g. 6
4. Observe the result

Expected results: The event is moved to the required date.

Actual results: The event is moved to the required date but it also adds another day. Instead of moving the event to the date of 6, it moved the event to 6 and 7. Each time you move the event it keeps on adding another day.
