Macro "moccacalendar" not found after update to 2.7

This issue is documented with some workarounds at https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/MoccaCalendar#HMacro22moccacalendar22notfound  but these Workarounds are quite inconvenient.

Instead try to tell XWiki about the new location of the event when the old page is deleted.
