Prevent "a(...).toMomentFormatString is not a function"

I see I left in some defensive, but actually harmful code which checks for the existence of a Calendar.Moment page an includes it, if it exists.

This causes an older version for the "moment" lib to be loaded, resulting in the error message above. Same for Calendar.JQueryUI. (not sure which error message causes this but the include is nonsense.)
