Date Picker for end date defaults to "today"

This is quite inconvenient: as soon as one clicks in the end date field, it is filled with the current date (and maybe time). However usually one wants to create events that lie in the future, so better default would be to use the start date (if available) and for the end time a default like two hours after start time.
